NitroFlow: Dynamic Nitrogen Properties Simulation Tool

A library of numerous properties of nitrogen that uses the interfaces defined in MOOSE's fluid properties module
Technology No. CW-23-25

NitroFlow is a versatile software library designed to compute a myriad of nitrogen properties using the interfaces of the MOOSE fluid properties module. The software is beneficial in its ability to compute thermodynamic properties, including temperature, pressure, and density, as well as transport properties like thermal conductivity and dynamic viscosity. This is accomplished based on two independent, intensive thermodynamic properties. The software can integrate with the MOOSE finite element framework or other MOOSE-based applications, allowing for enhanced fluid simulations. Its primary audience comprises researchers and analysts across diverse engineering disciplines involving fluid flow, who can leverage this tool for precise, comprehensive fluid property analysis.
