ATTAR: Remote Testing Framework for Security Analysis and Protection

A remote testing and validation tool using SSH for automated software testing, particularly effective in cybersecurity applications
Technology No. CW-22-32
ATTAR is a test harness tool that facilitates testing and validating the results. It is meant to be used remotely and distributes the test scripts via ssh and runs and returns the results of the script via ssh. It uses ssh keys to avoid typing passwords and can install them automatically using the hosts.sh script. It is intended for use by any group doing automated software testing in a loosely coupled system for which unit or integration test software does not already exist. The framework can be used in any area. However, it is mainly designed to test attacks on a system, and the verification is usually to validate that protection software detected the attack.
