Deep Lynx UNC Adapter for Isolated Networks

DeepLynx UNC is a module that will allow DeepLynx to communicate with isolated, unidirectional networks where communication between the network on which DeepLynx exists and where some desired process will exist is limited. Specifically this adapter allows a process to communicate effectively with DeepLynx when the network on which DeepLynx resides cannot communicate to the network on which this process resides, but the opposite direction is allowable. This adapter has been used for scenarios such as communication between DeepLynx and an HPC environment.
