This code describes a process for the evaluation of elemental
properties to predict difficult to measure material properties.
Current practices require simulation of the material which requires
considerable computation time. This method leverages pre-built
information to provide answers quickly. The code yields accurate
predictions of the Young's Modulus in minimal time
