MPHEAP: Materials Project High Entropy Alloy Properties

Adds a module to the Materials Project for predicting properties of nuclear materials.

This code extends the Materials Project by adding a module that calculates properties for high entropy alloys used in nuclear materials. It is developed for the Nuclear Materials Discovery and Qualification initiative (NMDQi) to integrate nuclear materials science with existing databases. The software is an extension of the matminer code developed by the Materials Project. It generates features for machine learning to predict nuclear materials properties and makes use of the Materials Project infrastructure to enhance and accelerate nuclear materials discovery.
